About Dainty Pottery

It all started when Robin was 9 years old.  She spent many summer days in the art department of a high school with her brother as her father taught classes.  She watched the teacher form a bowl from a single ball of clay.  He had Robin try to do the same.  In that exact moment, she fell in love with clay.

Dainty Pottery was created in 2014 after 48 years of Robin Dainty perfecting her craft of hand thrown pottery.  Each piece is unique and one of a kind.  No two pieces are identical.  Dainty Pottery uses only stoneware clays and thus the creations are all durable as well as food, dishwasher, oven and microwave safe.

Every single piece comes out of Robin Dainty's passion for this craft!
